Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹1999
Standard Shipping: ₹150 for orders below ₹1999
Express Shipping: Available on select products (additional charges apply, details at checkout)

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged
If you've already accepted it, take photos/videos immediately showing the damage

Address & Contact Details

Note: Once an order is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Undelivered Orders

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

Recipient unavailable
Refusal to accept the package
The courier will make 2-3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. In such cases:

Return shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch
